Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 a year

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and strategies, along with the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising
– Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and cohesion across all digital channels
– Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our digital presence
– Manage the creation and distribution of digital content, including blog posts, videos, and infographics
– Work with external agencies and vendors as needed to support digital marketing initiatives

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
– 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B setting
– Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools
– Strong analytical and project management skills
– Excellent communication and presentation abilities
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
