PrecisionERP/IT is seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience managing ServiceNow Implementation for a long-term hybrid assignment in Vancouver, BC. The candidate must be able to work 1-2 days onsite.
Position: Customer Service Specialist

Description:
– Provide courteous, timely and accurate customer service support through various channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media
– Handle inquiries, complaints, and technical issues in a professional manner
– Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams
– Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
– Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
– Meet productivity and performance goals set by management

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
