Job Description

Position: Project Manager (Construction)

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000

An established construction company in Toronto is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
– Manage subcontractors and suppliers
– Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met
– Communicate with clients and stakeholders
– Conduct site visits and inspections
– Prepare progress reports and present to management
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
– 5+ years of experience in construction project management
– Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Knowledge of building codes and regulations
– PMP certification is an asset
