Summary:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as ABA Behaviour Technicians. In this role, you will provide direct, individualized support to children with autism and related disorders under the supervision of a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). You will work one-on-one with clients using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills, decrease challenging behaviors, and promote independence.

Responsibilities:

– Implement treatment plans as directed by the BCBA
– Collect and record data on client progress
– Provide feedback and support to families
– Communicate effectively with team members
– Attend training sessions and staff meetings
– Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries
– Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

– Completion of university or college degree in a related field
– Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Willingness to learn and implement ABA techniques
– Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
