Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, including managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and lead a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and provide top-notch customer service
– Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
– Train new staff members on company policies and procedures
– Monitor and report on inventory levels, restocking as needed
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
