The Prime TPM Team at Amazon is looking for a highly skilled Sr Technical Program Manager to work collaboratively with various teams within the company, promote the team and their projects, establish relationships, and offer support in project identification.

Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year
Description:
The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the best possible experience for customers. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to answer any questions or concerns, provide product support, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. The Customer Success Specialist will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
– Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
– Provide product support and troubleshooting assistance
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
– Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services
– Monitor customer satisfaction and work to address any issues
– Track and report on key metrics related to customer success and business growth
– Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to customer success
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
– 2+ years of experience in customer service or customer success
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency with CRM software and other customer management tools
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
