The Prime TPM Team at Amazon is looking for a Sr Technical Program Manager to work collaboratively with other teams within the company, promote the team and their projects, build relationships, and assist in identifying opportunities for growth and success.

Job Description:
– Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
– Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data.
– Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits.
– Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
– Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues.
– Facilitate swift payment of invoices due to the organization by sending bill reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts.
– Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
– Provide backup support to other accounting functions as necessary.
– Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
– Take on additional duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
– Proven working experience as Accounts Receivable Clerk.
– Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.
– Proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs.
– Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software.
– Proficiency in English and in MS Office.
– Excellent ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities within strict deadlines.
– Demonstrates a high attention to detail and accuracy.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
