Regular sales reports need to be presented to the leadership team. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is required for this task.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Administrative Assistant. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Update and maintain office policies and procedures
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Maintain contact lists
– Book travel arrangements
– Submit and reconcile expense reports
– Provide general support to visitors
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
– High School diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
