Title: Commercial Manager

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercial management within the construction industry and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
– Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and subcontractors
– Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects
– Monitor project progress and financial performance
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities
– Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field
– 5+ years of experience in commercial management, preferably in the construction industry
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
– Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Knowledge of construction contracts and legal requirements
– Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
