A well-known Rail Contracting company in Canada is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects at once, depending on the company’s workload.
Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Provide product information and pricing to customers
– Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
– Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
