Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. You will also assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct financial analysis and reporting to drive business decisions
– Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and track performance
– Prepare budgets and financial forecasts
– Analyze and interpret financial data to identify opportunities for improvement
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
– Present financial analysis and insights to senior management

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related role
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus
