Match Group Vancouver is seeking a Staff Product Manager of Innovation to lead a new dating product. The role involves working closely with the General Manager and being able to work remotely after Wednesday.
Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
– Providing information about products and services
– Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
– Processing orders and providing order status updates
– Maintaining customer records and updating databases

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
