Seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Associate to join STEMCELL and collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to implement and manage marketing automation for lead generation, demand generation, and revenue growth.
Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Edmonton, AB

Our client, a well-established company in the construction industry, is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join their team in Edmonton, AB. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the office, maintain office supplies, and assist with various tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

– Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office files
– Manage and coordinate office supplies and equipment
– Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
– Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
– Provide support to other team members and departments as needed

Requirements:

– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
