Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
– Providing information about products and services
– Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
– Processing orders, cancellations, and refunds
– Maintaining customer records and updating information in the database
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Following up with customers to gather feedback and improve service quality

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
