Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ottawa, ON

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ottawa. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and processing orders.

Responsibilities:
– Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat
– Provide guidance and assistance to customers with product inquiries and technical issues
– Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
– Process customer orders and ensure accurate fulfillment
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
