Position: Data Entry Clerk

Job Description:
– Input data accurately and efficiently into company databases and systems
– Verify data for errors and inconsistencies
– Update and maintain spreadsheets and records as needed
– Prepare and organize reports and documents
– Follow all company policies and procedures related to data entry and confidentiality
– Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
– Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience with data entry preferred
– Strong attention to detail
– Proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer software
– Good communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Reliable and punctual
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
