Hotel Receptionist

Our hotel is seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner
– Check guests in and out of the hotel
– Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
– Process reservations and ensure accuracy of guest information
– Handle guest requests and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
– Assist with other duties as needed

Requirements:
– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is preferred
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to work in a team environment
– Proficient in using computer systems and software
– Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
