The Supervisor reports to the Afternoon Manager and collaborates with various team members to plan and strategize operations and projects.
Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
– Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
– Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and training as needed
– Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
