Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Richmond Hill, Ontario
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year
Our client, a well-established customer service company, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Richmond Hill, Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and handling product returns.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and emails from customers
– Provide information about products and services
– Assist customers with order placement and tracking
– Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Process product returns and exchanges
– Maintain accurate customer records in the database
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Bilingual in English and French is an asset
