Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in working order to support the production process.

Responsibilities:
– Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery
– Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
– Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
– Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
– Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
– Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
– Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
– Good communication and problem-solving skills
– Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
– Valid driver’s license
