Job Description:

Position: Customer Service Assistant

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $15-$17 per hour

Our company is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining positive relationships with customers, and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
– Troubleshooting technical issues with products or services
– Providing product information and recommendations to customers
– Investigating and resolving customer complaints
– Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:
– At least 1 year of customer service experience
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– High school diploma or equivalent
