The Woodfibre LNG Project is located near Squamish, BC and is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join their team. The manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the project’s supply chain operations.
Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Greeting and assisting visitors
– Managing office supplies and equipment
– Data entry and maintaining office files
– Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings
– Providing support to office staff as needed
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail
– Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
– Strong attention to detail
