Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 per year

Our company is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Providing information about products and services
– Resolving customer complaints and issues
– Maintaining accurate customer records
– Working with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
