Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
Our fast-paced company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service to all customers.
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
– Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications:
