SysAid is seeking a Marketing Manager to help drive global digital transformation and adoption of new technologies and workstyles. The company is poised to revolutionize the industry and is looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join them on this journey.
Job Description
Our company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, managing day-to-day office operations, and assisting with various projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional manner
– Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate staff member
– Managing office supplies and inventory
– Organizing and maintaining files and records
– Assisting with data entry and record keeping
– Coordinating meetings and scheduling appointments
– Performing general clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management abilities
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
