Job Description:
WestPark Capital is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing assistance to the HR Manager in areas such as employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting, and payroll coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. This individual will also assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, as well as provide support to employees on HR-related matters. The HR Generalist will work closely with all levels of staff, so the ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality is crucial. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of our growing company.

Responsibilities:
– Assist HR Manager with day-to-day HR operations
– Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
– Administer benefits programs and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries
– Manage employee relations, including counseling and conflict resolution
– Assist with payroll processing and record-keeping
– Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
– Provide support to employees on HR-related matters
– Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity
– Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in MS Office, with emphasis on Excel and HRIS systems
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
