The Marketing Specialist reports to the Director of Sales Strategy & Operations and is located in Ottawa or Peterborough. They work closely with the DSSO and Marketing Manager to support marketing efforts.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
– Providing accurate information about products, services, and pricing
– Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
– Investigating and resolving customer complaints
– Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
– Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a customer service role
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
