The Sales Consultant position is located in Buckhead Vancouver and reports to the Regional Sales Manager. It is a permanent, full-time position that focuses on sales mix improvement and utilizes eCommerce for customer order management between 70% to 100%. The role also makes use of PMT & Deal Manager for better efficiency.

Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic barista to join our team at a popular coffee shop in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks
– Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
– Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
– Upsell products and promote loyalty programs
– Handle cash transactions and effectively manage the register

Qualifications:

– Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume cafe
– Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
