The Systems Engineering Project Manager at Graham is responsible for supporting Mechanical and Electrical (MEP) aspects of construction projects under the supervision of the Senior Project Manager.
Production Supervisor

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising a team of production workers, ensuring quality control measures are followed, and meeting production deadlines.

Responsibilities:
– Supervise a team of production workers to ensure all daily production goals are met
– Monitor production processes to ensure quality control measures are followed
– Create and implement production schedules to meet customer demand
– Train and develop production staff to ensure optimal performance
– Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols
– Manage inventory levels and ensure production materials are readily available
– Collaborate with other departments to streamline production processes and improve overall efficiency

Requirements:
– Previous experience in a production supervisor role
– Strong leadership and decision-making skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
– Experience with Lean manufacturing principles is a plus
