Job Description

Our company is seeking an experienced and reliable Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing administrative and clerical duties in our office, ensuring efficient operations and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Manage office supplies and inventory
– Schedule appointments and meetings
– Handle incoming and outgoing communications
– Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
– Assist with payroll and financial transactions
– Supervise administrative staff and interns
– Maintain office policies and procedures
– Ensure office equipment is in working order
– Provide support to management as needed

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrator
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Familiarity with basic accounting principles
