We Are Hiring
The Sales Associates are responsible for driving store sales through outfitting our customers and delivering legendary customer service.
Responsibilities
– Contribute to the team’s success by achieving individual sales goals
– Provide customers with exceptional shopping experience
– Process and replenish merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock
– Maintain store standards and cleanliness
– Complete required training and maintain active knowledge of products and services
– Ensure store is stocked, displayed, and secured according to company guidelines
– Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
– Ability to provide outstanding customer service
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
– Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
– Must be self-motivated and proactive
– Previous retail experience is an asset
