Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Manage and prioritize schedules and appointments
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
– Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
– Maintain filing systems and databases
– Provide support to team members as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of administrative experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
