Job Description
Service Valet – Toyota Carlsbad
The Service Valet is responsible for moving service customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility and increase customer convenience and satisfaction. This role is the first point of contact for customers in the service drive and must provide outstanding customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
– Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive in the service drive
– Move vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to ensure optimal traffic flow
– Park vehicles in assigned areas and retrieve them for customers as needed
– Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting with special requests
– Maintain a clean and organized service drive area at all times
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
– Previous valet or customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
