Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
– Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their needs and concerns
– Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns
