Our client, a leading company in the marketing industry, is seeking a Corporate Trainer to join their team in Toronto, Ontario. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering training programs for all employees within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of different departments within the organization
– Conduct training sessions on a variety of topics, including customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge
– Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop customized training programs
