Job Title: Scrum Master for Digital Marketing Initiatives
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team, focusing on larger initiatives that seamlessly integrate marketing and sales within a digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development, digital transformation, or technical product-focused agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective collaboration among cross-functional teams engaged in marketing and sales initiatives.
- Bridge communication between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance team performance and promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and remove obstacles that may impede team progress, fostering an environment of trust and accountability.
- Monitor project progress and metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategies for digital transformation that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in digital marketing or sales initiatives, preferably within a technical product context.
- Agile certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
