Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
– Assist with product information and pricing inquiries
– Process orders and track shipments
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
– Maintain accurate customer records in the database
– Provide excellent service to all customers
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Bilingual in French and English is an asset
