Job Title: CTE Program/Student Laboratory Operations Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to oversee and maintain the operations of our Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs and student laboratories. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, specifically focusing on areas such as Parts Marketing, Digital Animation, and other federally funded initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Program Oversight:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of CTE programs and laboratories.
- Monitor compliance with federal and state regulations related to educational programs.

Facility Management:
- Manage the physical space and resources of the laboratories, ensuring they are safe, organized, and fully operational.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment and technology used in the programs.

Curriculum Support:
- Collaborate with instructors to implement and enhance curriculum for Parts Marketing, Digital Animation, and related fields.
- Assist in the development and procurement of educational materials and resources.

Student Engagement:
- Support student recruitment and retention efforts for CTE programs.
- Facilitate student access to laboratory resources and tools, ensuring a productive learning environment.

Budget Management:
- Assist in developing and managing the budget for laboratory operations, including tracking expenses and identifying funding opportunities.
- Oversee inventory management for supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels.

Collaboration:
- Work alongside industry partners and stakeholders to create opportunities for student learning and job placement.
- Organize workshops, guest speaker events, and other activities to enhance student experience and industry connections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in program management or laboratory operations, ideally within an educational setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CTE programs and federal funding requirements is an advantage.
