Job Description
Manufacturing Company is looking for a friendly, outgoing and professional customer service representative. Our office is a fast-paced, high energy environment where employees are passionate about providing solutions to their clients. We are seeking someone with experience in customer service who can drive sales and build strong relationships. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is able to multitask in a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or in person
– Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
– Investigate and resolve customer complaints
– Cross-sell and up-sell products and services
– Generate and qualify leads
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships
– Maintain accurate records and update customer information in the database
– Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of customer service experience
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Ability to prioritize and multitask
– Positive and professional demeanor
– Goal-oriented and self-motivated
– Knowledge of manufacturing industry is a plus
