Attendance & Punctuality: Monitor and maintain staff attendance and punctuality, addressing any issues promptly. You will collaborate with management to ensure staffing levels are optimal and that schedules are adhered to.

Transportation Coordination: Arrange and oversee transportation logistics for staff commuting to and from work. Ensure that all employees can access reliable transportation and collaborate with local services as needed.

Store Cleanliness: Implement and oversee cleanliness standards within the store. Conduct regular audits and training sessions to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Marketing Initiatives: Contribute to marketing strategies to promote store offerings. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, social media content, and in-store displays that drive customer engagement and sales.

Profitability Focus: Monitor sales performance and operational costs, identifying areas for improvement to maximize profitability. Prepare regular reports for management and make recommendations based on data analysis.
