We are looking for a marketing coordinator with strong writing, videographer, video editing skills, design skills, social media, Digitial marketing skills that is personable, and results-driven. To assist with a variety of marketing initiatives in our growing and top-tier real estate team in the GTA. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can successfully juggle all facets of this job with the ability to communicate, multi-task, prioritize, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and preparation of marketing and sales collateral including copywriting and layout.
  • Write drafts for blog posts, create social media posts & campaigns, print, and digital advertisements.
  • Coordinate print production and delivery of marketing brochures and flyers.
  • Maintain marketing operations records, tracking sheets, and vendor contacts database.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing company events & meetings.
  • Assist in updating multiple websites.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related work experience is required.
  • Working knowledge of online marketing, social media, and SEO tactics, best practices, and platforms for branding and leads generation.
  • 1-2 years of work experience, preferably as an administrative assistant or marketing coordinator.
  • Experience in real estate or marketing industry preferred.

Skills:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent Canadian English grammar, punctuation, spelling; overall business, and creative writing abilities with the ability to accurately proofread.
  • Graphic design capability with page layout and editing skills plus attention to visual details.
  • Photography, video, and animation skills would be an asset!
  • Responsive to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills, along with being responsive to critique to aim for better.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Professional attitude, respectful demeanor, and helpful personality.
  • Experience juggling multiple projects and deadlines at the same time while maintaining excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure – individually and as part of a team – with confidential information.
