We are looking for a marketing coordinator with strong writing, videographer, video editing skills, design skills, social media, Digitial marketing skills that is personable, and results-driven. To assist with a variety of marketing initiatives in our growing and top-tier real estate team in the GTA. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can successfully juggle all facets of this job with the ability to communicate, multi-task, prioritize, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and preparation of marketing and sales collateral including copywriting and layout.
- Write drafts for blog posts, create social media posts & campaigns, print, and digital advertisements.
- Coordinate print production and delivery of marketing brochures and flyers.
- Maintain marketing operations records, tracking sheets, and vendor contacts database.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing company events & meetings.
- Assist in updating multiple websites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related work experience is required.
- Working knowledge of online marketing, social media, and SEO tactics, best practices, and platforms for branding and leads generation.
- 1-2 years of work experience, preferably as an administrative assistant or marketing coordinator.
- Experience in real estate or marketing industry preferred.
Skills:
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent Canadian English grammar, punctuation, spelling; overall business, and creative writing abilities with the ability to accurately proofread.
- Graphic design capability with page layout and editing skills plus attention to visual details.
- Photography, video, and animation skills would be an asset!
- Responsive to strict deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills, along with being responsive to critique to aim for better.
- Have excellent attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Professional attitude, respectful demeanor, and helpful personality.
- Experience juggling multiple projects and deadlines at the same time while maintaining excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure – individually and as part of a team – with confidential information.
