Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the Firm’s project database, ensuring that all project documentation is thoroughly executed to facilitate successful project closure. You will assist in marketing initiatives consistent with the Firm’s marketing plan and policies, while also ensuring that project quality standards are met through regular Quality Control Review sessions. In addition, you will supervise the project team to ensure effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Database Management:
- Maintain and update the Firm’s project database for designated projects.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting of project data.

Project Documentation:
- Assist in the preparation of final project documentation to ensure proper closure, including post-project evaluations and lessons learned.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to gather and compile necessary information.

Marketing Support:
- Assist in marketing initiatives in alignment with the Firm’s marketing strategy.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.

Quality Control Assurance:
- Participate in and contribute to Quality Control Review sessions.
- Monitor project quality to ensure compliance with the Firm’s standards.

Supervision and Collaboration:
- Supervise project team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications:
