Job Description
Position: Human Resources Generalist
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 a year
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Winnipeg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions.
Responsibilities:
– Assist with recruitment and onboarding process
– Coordinate training and development programs
– Administer employee benefits and payroll
– Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution
– Maintain employee records and files
– Assist with HR policies and procedures
– Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives
– Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 2+ years of experience in HR
