About the Role:
To achieve our goals, we are looking for a Digital Marketing specialist to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for our marketing automation initiatives and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure the success of marketing campaigns in both email and content channels. This role is a blend between marketing automation, lead generation and content strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing nurturing and engagement campaigns in HubSpot.
- Build A/B test and optimize landing pages, forms, workflows and sequences.
- Create email campaigns including lead scoring, templates, and reporting.
- Constantly improve lead nurturing paths, mql-sql-opportunity scoring, build and refine the marketing and sales funnel flow in HubSpot.
- Build and roll out automation strategies to help improve conversion rates.
- Create and revise templates and processes to quickly build and scale new campaigns.
- Provide input on email metrics improvement, including A/B testing, email personalization and suggesting new campaigns/programs/tools to drive pipeline.
- Routinely analyze and report on key performance metrics, making recommendations to drive conversions, minimize email opt-outs and enhance content
- Develop a content strategy that is effectively mapped with the consumer’s journey and path to purchase.
- Create and maintain a content calendar. Drive planning and publishing of content.
- Develop A/B tests and provide actionable insights to improve email program performance on an ongoing basis.
What we are looking for :
- 3+ years of demonstrated success in marketing automation, HubSpot certification preferred
- Experience in building and optimizing landing pages and email templates
- Experience in building and implementing segmentation strategies
- Excellent knowledge of B2C SaaS marketing demand funnel, programs and metrics driving qualified leads and revenue
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS as it pertains to developing emails and LPs
- Solid knowledge of CASL, CANSPAM and GDPR
- Working knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative studio or Canva
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- A data-driven mindset, a proactive attitude, and great organization skills
- CRM experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced high growth SaaS start-up environment
- English (Bilingual is a plus)
