Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets
– Identify new market opportunities and target markets
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
– Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients
– Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
– Travel to client meetings and events as required

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years experience in business development or sales
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

The job description is seeking a Property Manager for retail locations across Canada, reporting to the Director of Real Estate. The role involves handling all property management issues for COBS Bread locations.
Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and self-motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, and moving products to designated areas within the warehouse.

Responsibilities:
– Loading and unloading trucks with the help of equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
– Checking in merchandise and verifying that it matches the purchase order
– Organizing and storing products in designated locations within the warehouse
– Keeping the warehouse clean and organized
– Assisting with inventory control and order fulfillment
– Following safety procedures and guidelines while working in the warehouse

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
– Valid driver’s license and good driving record
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
