Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Vancouver, BC
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

Our client, a well-established company in the technology industry, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in Vancouver, BC.
As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic human resources support to the business. This will include partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that are aligned with the company’s objectives and culture. You will also provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on various HR-related matters including performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and employee development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources with experience in a business partner or HR generalist role. You should have a solid understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A degree or diploma in human resources management or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. CHRP or CHRL designation is an asset.
