We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented On-Site Marketing and Merchandising Coordinator to join our team. This role involves the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of marketing and merchandising displays at poolside and throughout our property. The ideal candidate will have a knack for creating engaging visual presentations that attract and inform guests, as well as the skills to ensure these displays are well-maintained and functional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up eye-catching marketing and merchandising displays at poolside and in various locations throughout the property, ensuring alignment with overall branding and promotional strategies.
- Perform regular maintenance of displays, ensuring that all materials are clean, organized, and in excellent condition.
- Break down displays and inventory items at the end of promotional periods, documenting any damages or restocking needs.
- Collaborate with marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, providing input on display design and placement.
- Engage with guests to promote products and services, providing exceptional customer service to enhance their experience.
- Execute additional merchandising responsibilities as required, conforming to both company standards and guest expectations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in marketing, merchandising, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
