Job Summary:
Old Navy is looking for a part-time Operations Manager to support the store leadership team in driving operational excellence and achieving business results. The Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring an efficient and profitable store environment through managing all aspects of store operations, including customer service, logistics, and back of house processes.
Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the store’s operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
– Oversee and drive all aspects of the customer experience, including cash handling, online order pickup, and delivery services
– Build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional partners in the store, such as the sales and visual teams
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security
– Provide coaching and training to store associates on operational processes and procedures
– Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive results
Qualifications:
