We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to enhance patient care and ensure the effective delivery of services in our healthcare setting. This role involves:
- Assisting with outreach and marketing programs aimed at local hospitals and EMS systems to promote our services and build strong relationships within the community.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to improve patient experience and streamline care processes.

Key Responsibilities:
