Job Description
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $40,000 to $50,000
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the office staff and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
– Answer phone calls and respond to emails
– Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
– Schedule appointments and meetings for staff
– Manage office filing systems and databases
– Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
